In the Spring of 2008, after years of working with 2 different softwares in tandem, we finally decided that we needed to consolidate and use only 1. This is when we went back to RBJ and looked further into what they had to offer. The ease of transition and its user friendliness may have been huge selling points, but they also had just installed the ability to pull external documents to make it a permanent addition to the electronic file. You could say that this one single feature sold us on their system. The cost might have started out a little higher but we found that their commitment to R & D and their technical support makes it worth while. We are absolutely thrilled that we made this change.
