Client Bridge Privacy Policy

The "Client Bridge" solution offered by RBJ Software, Inc. ("RBJ") allows Subscribers and Subscribers' Authorized Users to access information from RBJ's Edge Software remotely through the internet for the initiation of, tracking, and communicating with Authorized Users regarding escrow transactions. Client Bridge data is hosted on an Internet web server of RBJ at a location selected by RBJ.

"Subscribers" are escrow companies subscribing to the Client Bridge solution.

"Authorized Users" are Subscriber's employees, owners and officers, and other persons, including buyers, sellers and real estate professionals, authorized by Subscriber to access Subscriber's escrow transactions to utilize the Client Bridge software.

RBJ is committed to maintaining strong and meaningful privacy protections for users of the Client Bridge software. Our privacy policy is designed to inform you that RBJ will safeguard users' privacy to the highest privacy and data protection standards.

RBJ's privacy policy applies only to your use of the Client Bridge software. Subscribers' privacy policies will apply to Subscribers and is not responsible for the use of the information by Subscribers.

RBJ will not share, rent or sell any personal information to any third parties.

RBJ has technical, administrative and physical safeguards in place to help protect against unauthorized access to, use or disclosure of user information. RBJ will use the highest security measures to protect information from unauthorized users of the Client Bridge software.

RBJ will not use any information that you provide. The information will only be used by Subscribers with respect to the escrow for which the information is provided.

When you provide information to a Subscriber using the Client Bridge software in connection with an escrow transaction, you consent to the use of the information by the Subscriber. In addition, you consent to other Authorized Users of Subscriber seeing the information.

You will be able to review information that you provide using the Client Bridge software. Other authorized users with respect to the escrow will also be able to see the information.

RBJ does not disclose information about any individual's use of the Client Bridge software to any third parties, unless legally required to do so.

RBJ posts cookies or text files on your computer only for the following purposes to improve access to the Client Bridge software: RBJ will collect information about how users visit and use the Client Bridge software. Cookies are used for error tracking and to remember user choices for customized performance. RBJ retains traffic data records, such as a user's Internet Protocol (IP) address, device information and websites visited before and after visiting any Client Bridge servers. RBJ collects some site statistics such as access rates and page views. RBJ does not identify any user nor does RBJ track browsing activity on other websites.

RBJ will only disclose your information where required to do so by law or subpoena or if we reasonably believe that such action is necessary to (a) comply with the law and the reasonable requests of law enforcement; and/or (b) to enforce our Terms of Use or to protect the security, quality or integrity of the Client Bridge software.

To protect your privacy and security, RBJ takes reasonable steps (such as requesting a unique password) to verify your identity before granting you access to the Client Bridge software. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your unique password and are not allowed to let any other person use your password to access the Client Bridge software at all times. However, RBJ cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit using the Client Bridge software or guarantee that information provided using the Client Bridge software may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed. In the event that any information under RBJ's control is compromised as a result of a breach of security, RBJ will take reasonable steps to investigate the situation and where appropriate, notify those individuals whose information may have been compromised and take other steps, in accordance with any applicable laws and regulations.

RBJ reserve the right to make changes to our Privacy Policy. If RBJ makes any changes to its Privacy Policy, we will post these changes here.
